“I’d Rather Be an Ordinary Human Angel… Than a Handsome Devil.”
It’s interesting how my enemies keep focusing on physical appearance, as if beauty, image, or outward presentation determines calling, authority, or anointing.
They speak about looks.
But they cannot speak about character.
They comment on the shell.
But they cannot touch the spirit inside it.
They exalt outward attractiveness —
because that is where their power lives.
Charm.
Image.
Seduction.
Presentation.
Surface-level appeal.
But outward beauty has deceived many…
while quiet, humble vessels have changed the world.
Scripture Never Glorified Physical Attractiveness
Isaiah 53:2 tells us something profound about Yahshua made flesh:
“He had no form nor comeliness;
and when we shall see Him,
there is no beauty that we should desire Him.”
The Messiah did not choose a body that fascinated crowds.
He did not walk the earth in:
-
regal appearance
-
glamorous form
-
striking physical glory
He came as a servant.
He came as ordinary.
He came as unimpressive — to the eyes of men.
Why?
Because His beauty was never meant to be seen in His face…
It was meant to be seen in:
-
His obedience
-
His compassion
-
His righteousness
-
His authority
-
His sacrifice
-
His truth
-
His love
The world searches for handsome devils…
But Heaven recognizes faithful servants.
I Don’t Need to Look Impressive
I would rather be:
-
ordinary in appearance
-
overlooked by crowds
-
underestimated by enemies
-
ignored by shallow observers
and still carry the favor, wisdom, and anointing of Yahuah
…than be physically admired
yet inwardly empty, deceptive, and corrupt.
They think appearance is advantage.
But what they don’t understand is this:
The anointing does not rest on the pretty mask.
It rests on the submitted vessel.
The Handsome Devil Always Needs Attention
The handsome devil:
-
thrives on admiration
-
feeds off flattery
-
survives on illusion
-
manipulates through attraction
-
deceives through presentation
He must be seen to feel powerful.
He must be praised to feel relevant.
He must be impressive to remain influential.
But the servant of Yahuah?
He can walk unnoticed
and still move mountains in the spirit.
He can be uncelebrated by men
and still be endorsed by Heaven.
He can be rejected externally
and still stand unbeatable internally.
I Would Rather Be Ordinary… And Chosen
I am not here to impress the world.
I am here to obey Yahuah.
I am not here to be worshiped for appearance.
I am here to be refined for assignment.
I do not need:
-
their approval
-
their admiration
-
their validation
-
their beauty rankings
Because those who judge by the outward appearance…
prove they still cannot discern the heart.
Let Them Talk About My Looks
Let them mock the vessel.
Let them criticize the exterior form.
Let them analyze features and appearance.
Meanwhile…
Yahuah continues to:
-
speak
-
reveal
-
defend
-
elevate
-
protect
-
out-strategize
-
out-maneuver
