Why Does My Calm Activate Your Chaos? Why Does My Peace Cause You Pain?

There is something about the peace Yahuah gives that exposes the unrest in others.

Not because we provoke them.
Not because we harm them.
Not because we war against them.

But because our calm reveals their unrest
Our stillness exposes their storm
Our peace confronts what they refuse to deal with inside themselves.

Some people are not disturbed by what you do —
they are disturbed by who you are becoming in Yahuah.

Your stability threatens their instability.
Your clarity disrupts their confusion.
Your self-control confronts their chaos.

And instead of asking:

“Why am I so unsettled inside?”

they say:

“You must be the problem.”

Because it is easier to attack the fruit of peace
than confront the root of turmoil.

They expected anger — but found gentleness.
They expected retaliation — but found restraint.
They expected noise — but found quiet strength.

And your peace becomes unbearable to them.

Not because you wronged them…
but because your presence removes the excuses they live behind.

Some people do not hate you —
they hate that you are not collapsing like they thought you would.

They hate that you are not reacting.

They hate that your peace keeps standing
while their world keeps shaking.

I don’t disturb them with conflict —
I disturb them with composure.

I don’t trigger them with aggression —
I trigger them with rest.

And the truth is…

When someone is at war within themselves,
even your silence becomes offensive.

Even your existence becomes a mirror.

And peace — real peace —
is the loudest thing in the room.

Because the calm given by Yahuah
does not bow to manipulation…
does not bend to intimidation…
and does not surrender to pressure.

It stands.

And sometimes…

Standing in peace
is the greatest act of resistance there is.
