My Statement on Identity Theft, a Disputed Delaware Corporation, and Retaliation Linked to a Housing Voucher Dispute”

I am making this public statement to clarify serious issues affecting me and my family.

1. Disputed Corporation Filing
   A Delaware corporation named JOHN A. LEGETTE, INC. (File No. 2173639) appears in state records under my current legal name.

• I was 10 years old when this company was supposedly incorporated (1988).

• My legal name at that time was Jackie Legette II.

• I did not incorporate or authorize this corporation.

I have filed a formal dispute with the Delaware Division of Corporations and am preparing a complaint for the Delaware Attorney General. Supporting documentation (birth certificate, legal name change order) has been provided to those agencies.

2. Housing Voucher & Eviction Dispute
   I have been involved in a dispute regarding my housing voucher. I believe actions taken by Holsten Human Capital Development and/or related parties have harmed my housing stability and reputation.

• My voucher was allegedly terminated without proper notice.

• I have observed what I believe to be coordinated attempts to make my apartment appear abandoned.

• An eviction case has been filed which I believe is improper or based on inaccurate information.

3. Business Repercussions
   Following these events, my accounts with payment processors such as PayPal and Stripe have been disrupted. I believe this is connected to the above false filings and disputes.
