Subject: Ongoing Pattern of Intimidation, Narrative Manipulation, and Creation of False Appearances Following Public Notice

This follow-up notice is issued in direct response to a new series of concerning developments that have unfolded after the publication of my initial Public Legal Notice regarding harassment, unlawful conduct, and threats to my safety.

Since the posting of that notice on YouTube and my website, there has been an escalation in activity around the property where I reside. Specifically, I have observed the deliberate placement and increased presence of multiple young men with similar physical appearances frequenting the area around my residence. Some are passing by repeatedly, while others are appearing as guests of a neighbor across the hall, identified as Paulatte Moreland, who owns the apartment directly opposite mine.

I believe this activity is part of a calculated effort by Peter and Jacqueline Holsten and associated parties to manipulate the narrative and construct a false backstory suggesting that I had prior interactions or conflicts with an individual involved in a past assault against me. This manipulation appears to be aimed at discrediting my testimony, undermining my credibility, and obscuring the origins of the initial attack.

It is noteworthy that these behaviors and new visitor patterns intensified immediately after my public notice was published, and that individuals who had not previously been present at the property are now suddenly appearing and being positioned near my apartment door.

Additionally, following my public clarification that I do not and have never owned a firearm, those responsible for this harassment now appear emboldened, even going so far as to have individuals associated with this intimidation effort exit the apartment across the hall — individuals who had never been present prior to my legal notice.

If these coordinated behaviors are intended to intimidate me or manufacture false evidence, let it be known publicly and for the record:

• I reject and expose these tactics as attempts to rewrite the facts and create a false narrative.

• I view these actions as further evidence of ongoing harassment and retaliation for speaking out.

• I remain committed to pursuing all remedies through lawful channels, and I will continue to document and publish each development to ensure transparency and public accountability.

This notice is being placed in the public domain as a formal and documented record of ongoing intimidation and the apparent orchestration of false evidence. It is not a threat; it is a declaration that all such attempts will fail under legal scrutiny and that the truth of this situation will stand.
