Let it be known that the utility company has altered the billing date on my account at the request or influence of a third party.

Any person, organization, or entity engaged in tracking, monitoring, or relaying my private utility information to unauthorized individuals is hereby placed on notice. Such actions constitute a violation of privacy, potential fraud, and unauthorized data sharing, and will carry legal consequences at the appropriate time.

I reserve all rights to pursue remedies under applicable state and federal law concerning privacy breaches, unlawful interference, and identity misuse. This notice serves as a lawful warning to all parties, known or unknown, that continued participation in such activities will be documented, retained as evidence, and submitted for legal review when due process is initiated.
