PUBLIC LEGAL NOTICE – PART VII
Subject: Fabricated Vandalism, False Accusations, and Orchestrated Intimidation by Family Dollar Personnel
Let it be known that the Family Dollar store located at 2346 E 79th Street, Chicago, Illinois, has engaged in actions designed to create false evidence, spread defamatory narratives, and justify unlawful surveillance and intimidation tactics against me.
On or about early November 2025, the store’s management cracked the glass of one of the front doors and placed a board across the front window to create the appearance of a break-in. Upon inspection, it was found that no internal damage existed, strongly suggesting that this display was staged to support a fabricated claim of attempted burglary or vandalism.
This act, combined with subsequent rumors and behaviors, appears intended to justify the irregular “loss prevention plan” that is activated each time I visit the store. Family Dollar staff have attempted to portray my lawful wearing of a body camera—used solely for personal safety and documentation—as a potential threat or as part of alleged “suspicious activity.”
The all-female staff at this location has been observed inviting male proxies and associates to the store “for protection,” framing their coordination as a measure to safeguard women rather than as the organized harassment that it truly represents. These men have, on several occasions, followed me after leaving the store, which constitutes stalking and intimidation.
Further evidence of this orchestrated defamation includes a “missing person” flyer of a Black woman wearing a blonde wig, posted on the only operational entrance door. The same woman was seen inside the store during a later visit, indicating that the flyer was not genuine but rather placed as visual support for the false narrative that women are endangered in my presence or have “gone missing” since I began recording my visits.
It must be stated plainly: the Family Dollar store itself maintains in-store cameras to protect its staff and property from theft or harassment. Therefore, any attempt to portray my body camera as unlawful or threatening is without merit or factual basis.
Moreover, previous reports to the Chicago Police Department regarding these fabricated claims have ceased, likely due to my prior notification to the police that their qualified immunity does not cover actions taken to harass, stalk, or unlawfully target a private citizen on behalf of a business or landlord.
Taken together, these actions constitute a coordinated campaign of defamation, intimidation, and falsification of evidence—conducted to justify prior assaults, stalking, and community harassment orchestrated by Peter and Jacqueline Taylor Holsten, with participation from Byron Gray of Gray Manor Kingston LLC, and the community policing partners acting under their influence.
All individuals, agencies, and entities engaged in these activities are hereby placed on formal legal notice. Continued participation in such acts of provocation, false reporting, or harassment will result in civil and criminal proceedings under state and federal law.
All interactions and evidence are being documented and archived for presentation before lawful authorities. I reserve all legal rights and remedies in accordance with Illinois statutes and federal protections governing privacy, defamation, harassment, and conspiracy.
