Why Do You Need Me to Be the Bad Guy?
You work so hard to paint me as the villain — not because I am evil, but because you need a scapegoat to justify your own corruption. You need me to be the “bad guy,” because without that illusion, you would have to confront the truth about yourself.
Even if I were everything you accuse me of being…
it still would not make you righteous.
Even if my record were stained —
it would not cleanse your dirty dealings.
Even if I had failures in my past —
it would not erase the deception, manipulation, fraud, and cruelty you continue to walk in today.
You don’t want justice —
you want justification.
You don’t want truth —
you want a shield for your conscience.
You need me to be corrupt
so you can pretend your corruption is “balanced.”
You need me to be imperfect
so you can excuse your wickedness as “reactionary.”
You need me to be dangerous
so you can hide the danger you bring to others.
You need me to be unstable
so no one questions the instability in your world.
You projected onto me
everything that has always belonged to you.
You needed a villain
because you could not bear to admit:
The enemy was never outside you.
It was inside your own heart.

“He who covers his sins will not prosper, but whoever confesses and forsakes them will receive mercy.”

“You who pass judgment do the same things.”
You didn’t need evidence —
you needed a narrative.
You didn’t need truth —
you needed a cover story.
You didn’t attack me because I was wicked —
you attacked me because righteousness exposed you.
And here is the part that hurts you most:
I don’t have to be perfect…
for your actions to be wrong.
I don’t have to be guilty…
for your schemes to remain evil.
I don’t have to fall…
for you to face judgment.
Even if I had flaws —
you would still have accountability before Yahuah.
And that is what you are truly running from.
Not me.
Not exposure.
Not evidence.
You are running
from conviction.
And no amount of false accusation
can cleanse a guilty conscience.
