Date: November 3, 2025 Subject: Unauthorized Voice Recording, Attempted Voice Cloning, and Continued Harassment This notice serves as a formal public record of an incident that occurred on November 3, 2025, between approximately 1:00 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. at the Family Dollar store located at 2346 E. 79th St. #50, Chicago, IL 60649. During this incident, a cashier at the store allegedly extracted an audio sample of my voice without consent while I was making a purchase. The cashier initiated unnecessary dialogue by asking, “Would you like to buy some of my candy?” — a statement that appeared to have been instructed or prompted remotely via a conference or voice call occurring at that time. I responded casually, saying, “Not today, maybe tomorrow.” Unbeknownst to me, the cashier’s audio device and multiple individuals nearby — including two women within earshot — appeared to be part of a coordinated live monitoring or recording setup. Their body language and synchronization with the cashier’s speech indicate they were receiving and transmitting live audio via concealed earpieces, in violation of privacy expectations. Under Illinois’ Eavesdropping Statute (720 ILCS 5/14-1 et seq.), it is illegal to record or transmit a private conversation without the consent of all parties involved. Although the incident occurred in a public establishment, I maintain a reasonable expectation of privacy in not being secretly recorded for non-business or malicious purposes.
This is not the first occurrence of unauthorized recordings at this location. Within the past two weeks, another employee filmed and recorded me using a personal phone while on duty — a direct violation of both Illinois law and Family Dollar’s corporate policies prohibiting personal phone use and recording customers during work hours. These recurring incidents represent ongoing harassment and unlawful data collection, and I now have reason to believe the recorded material may be used for voice cloning or identity theft purposes. Only 15–30 seconds of recorded voice is sufficient to generate a synthetic voice replica capable of being misused for impersonation, fraud, or unauthorized access to sensitive information such as banking or business accounts.
I allege that these actions were carried out at the direction or encouragement of Peter and Jacqueline Taylor Holsten, who are already implicated in a broader identity theft and harassment campaign involving unauthorized access to personal data and government housing benefits. Let this serve as public notice and legal warning: Any further attempts to record, clone, impersonate, or fraudulently use my voice will result in immediate legal action under both Illinois and federal statutes. I do not consent to being recorded, filmed, or engaged in staged conversations for the purpose of entrapment, identity theft, or character manipulation. I reserve all legal rights to pursue damages, injunctions, and criminal complaints against any individual, corporate entity, or government agency found complicit. This notice is not a threat — it is a documented declaration of my rights and a formal record of unlawful and unethical behavior directed toward me.
