Subject: Address Manipulation, Mail Interference, and Continuing Harassment at Gray Manor Kingston Property

This public notice is directed to Byron Gray and Tracey Harris Gray of Gray Manor Kingston, LLC, Peter and Jacqueline Taylor Holsten of Holsten Human Capital Development NFP, and co-owners John Medlock, Paulette Moreland, Harold James Shelby, and Tatiana Young, as well as affiliated entities and associated property owners of surrounding buildings.

It has come to my attention, as of November 11, 2025, that the Google Maps coordinates for our residence have been illegally and deceptively altered. The building’s correct and lawful address — 7830–7832 South Kingston Avenue, Chicago, IL 60649 — has been manipulated to display as 7840–7842 South Kingston Avenue, Chicago, IL 60617.

Coordinate Verification (Supporting Evidence)

To verify the true geographical position of our residence, the following coordinates were recorded directly from an independent mapping service on April 8, 2025, at 4:17 AM:

• Latitude: 41.752639° N

• Longitude: -87.562805° W

These coordinates correspond to the physical location of 7830–7832 South Kingston Avenue, Chicago, Illinois, within the 60649 postal boundary — not the manipulated 60617 coordinate range now falsely displayed on Google Maps.

This data further substantiates the claim of digital address tampering and geolocation displacement, confirming that the structure remains geographically and municipally located within the South Shore community area (60649).

Coordinate Alteration and Verification

On November 11, 2025, I discovered that the Google Maps and location tracking data for 7830–7832 South Kingston Avenue, Chicago, IL 60649 had been altered to display an incorrect address of 7840–7842 South Kingston Avenue, Chicago, IL 60617.

The altered coordinates displayed at that time were:

• Latitude: 41.7521187° N

• Longitude: –87.5627987° W

• Displayed Address: 7840–7842 South Kingston Avenue, Chicago, IL 60617

By contrast, independent verification taken from a separate location service on April 8, 2025 recorded the correct coordinates as:

• Latitude: 41.752639° N

• Longitude: –87.562805° W

• Correct Address: 7830–7832 South Kingston Avenue, Chicago, IL 60649

This confirms a digital geolocation manipulation event that occurred on or about November 11, 2025, shifting the coordinate boundary from the 60649 postal area to the 60617 region. Such manipulation constitutes data falsification and misrepresentation of location identity, potentially in connection with the broader property and mortgage fraud previously detailed.

This coordinate manipulation appears to be intentional and directly serves a broader fraudulent scheme to:

1. Maintain falsified Section 8 housing benefits connected to our previous address at 30 W. Chicago Avenue, Apartment 745, Chicago, IL 60654; and

2. Conceal ongoing mortgage and financial fraud involving Byron Gray and Tracey Harris Gray of Gray Manor Kingston, LLC, and co-owners John Medlock, Paulette Moreland, Harold James Shelby, and Tatiana Young, along with other nearby property owners engaged in similar misconduct.

This action is not isolated. It coincides with a sustained campaign of harassment, interference, and suppression by those affiliated with property management and associated community partners.

Evidence of Address Suppression and Mail Tampering

Following this digital coordinate manipulation, a pattern of address erasure and mail interference has occurred, including but not limited to:

• Selective or discontinued mail delivery to our residence.

• Refusal to replace a broken mailbox key, despite multiple requests.

• Interference with change-of-address requests submitted to the U.S. Postal Service.

• Suppression of our correct address in search engines and online systems, resulting in administrative and identity complications.

• Tampering with delivered mail and packages — including evidence of items being opened, resealed, or damaged prior to delivery.

These repeated incidents have primarily occurred at the U.S. Postal Service branch located at 7436 S. Exchange Avenue, Chicago, IL 60649, where Paulette Moreland, a co-owner of Gray Manor Kingston, is employed as a Supervisor.

This constitutes a clear conflict of interest and suggests coordination between property ownership and postal personnel to obstruct, delay, or compromise our lawful mail and documentation.

Public Record and Formal Notice

This public notice serves to formally document the deliberate digital, administrative, and postal manipulation of our residential identity and access. These actions represent a direct violation of federal law (18 U.S.C. § 1702 – Obstruction of Correspondence) and are hereby entered into the public record as part of the ongoing evidence of fraud, harassment, and interference.

All responsible individuals and entities are hereby instructed to cease and desist from further:

• Manipulation of public or private data systems related to our residence.

• Interference with postal correspondence or delivery.

• Coordination of any digital or physical campaign designed to erase, falsify, or misrepresent our lawful residence.

I reserve all legal and equitable rights under state and federal law, including the right to seek damages and federal investigation for violations related to property fraud, mail tampering, and ongoing harassment.
